SEAT HEATER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    A01ODSFN10

    1. Disconnect the O9 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      O9-5 (IG+) - Body ground R - Body ground IG power supply Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      O9-5 (IG+) - Body ground R - Body ground IG power supply Power switch off Below 1 V
      O9-1 (GND) - Body ground BR - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Reconnect the O9 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulse generation according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • Power switch on (IG)

  2. CHECK REFRESHING SEAT SWITCH

    1. Disconnect the O94 refreshing seat switch connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the O94 refreshing seat switch connector.

    4. Check for pulse according to the value(s) in the table below.
