PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  2. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL

      Double-sided Tape

      Detach the 9 clips.

    2. Detach the double-sided tape to remove the hood to front end panel seal.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Remove the clip.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper hole cover LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Remove the clip.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper hole cover LH.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the claw.

    3. Detach the 4 clips and remove the radiator grille garnish sub-assembly LH.

  14. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EMBLEM SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper emblem sub-assembly.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ARM HOLE COVER LH

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper arm hole cover LH.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ARM HOLE COVER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH

      Remove the 5 retainers and front bumper extension LH.

  19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  20. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

      Detach the 18 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  21. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH (for Automatic Transaxle (U660F))

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the lower radiator grille LH.

  22. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the lower radiator grille LH.

  23. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GUARD

      Remove the 8 retainers and front bumper guard.

  25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING

      Remove the 9 retainers and front bumper moulding.
