POWER BACK DOOR CONTROL SWITCH(for RHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

2. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Automatic Air Conditioning System)

3. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

6. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Manual Transaxle)

7. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

9. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Manual Transaxle)

10. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

11. REMOVE NO. 2 SWITCH HOLE BASE

    1. 

       Detach the 3 clips and claw and remove the No. 2 switch hole base.

12. REMOVE BACK DOOR CONTROL SWITCH

    1. 

       Detach the 2 claws and remove the back door control switch assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. 

       Disconnect the connector.
