OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  3. DISCONNECT WATER BY-PASS HOSE

    1. Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses from the oil cooler.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 OIL COOLER INLET HOSE AND NO. 1 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE

    1. Slide the 4 clips and disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler and transaxle, and remove them.

  5. REMOVE OIL COOLER

    1. Remove the 3 bolts and oil cooler from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.
