PURGE VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV)


    1. B008GDEC01
      *A for LHD
      *B for RHD
      *a 90°
      *b 120°
      *c Front
      *d Paint Mark

      Type A:


      1. Install the purge valve (purge VSV) to the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

        Torque:
        18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

      2. Connect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge valve (purge VSV) and slide the clip to secure it.

        Tech Tips

        Engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      3. Connect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge valve (purge VSV).

      4. Connect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.

      1. Install the purge valve (purge VSV) to the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

        Torque:
        18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

      2. Connect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge valve (purge VSV) and slide the clip to secure it.

        Tech Tips

        Engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      3. Connect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge valve (purge VSV).

      4. Connect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.
