THERMOSTAT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE ENGINE WATER HOUSING COVER

    1. A325087

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose from the engine water housing cover.

    2. A325088

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 radiator hose from the engine water housing cover.

    3. A325054

      Disengage the clamp from the engine water housing cover.

    4. A325055

      Remove the 4 bolts, engine water housing cover and water housing cover gasket.
