VACUUM PUMP(When Not Using the Engine Support Bridge for AD Series Engine) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Oil Pipe

      *2

      O-Ring

      Apply engine oil to the oil pipe at the tip of the vacuum pump.

    2. Coat 2 new O-rings with engine oil, and install them to the vacuum pump.

      Install the vacuum pump so that the coupling teeth of the vacuum pump labeled A and the groove of the camshaft labeled B can engage.

    4. C261794

      Install 3 new flange bolts.

      21 N*m

      214 kgf*cm

      15 ft.*lbf

    5. Connect the 2 vacuum hoses, and slide the clamp to secure it.
