  1. INSPECT ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Note:

      When checking the engine coolant temperature sensor in water, do not allow water to contact the terminals. After completing the check, dry the sensor.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the sensor.
