CLUTCH PEDAL(for LHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Driver Side Knee Airbag)

  2. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (w/o Driver Side Knee Airbag)

  3. REMOVE DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (w/ Driver Side Knee Airbag)

  4. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS WITH HOLE PIN

    1. Remove the clutch master cylinder push rod clevis with hole pin and clip.

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 connectors and clamp.

      Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING

    1. Remove the clutch pedal spring.

  10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING WITH HOOK

    1. C125483

      Remove the clutch pedal spring with hook from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 PEDAL SPRING HOOK

    1. Remove the No. 1 pedal spring hook from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt, nut and clutch pedal sub-assembly from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER

    1. Remove the clutch pedal spring holder.

  14. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

    1. Remove the 2 bushes and clutch pedal shaft collar.

  15. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH

    1. Remove the clutch pedal turnover bush from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the 2 clutch pedal cushions from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  16. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD

    1. Remove the clutch pedal pad from the clutch pedal sub-assembly
