INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT TRANSFER INDICATOR SWITCH (REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK)


    1. A01E1XCE03

      Measure the resistance of the switch.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Pushed Below 1 Ω
      1 - 2 Not pushed 10 kΩ or higher

    NG

    REPLACE TRANSFER INDICATOR SWITCH (REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK)

    OK

  2. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (TRANSFER INDICATOR SWITCH - SKID CONTROL ECU AND BODY GROUND)


    1. A01DZM8E09

      Disconnect the S2 ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the T31 switch connector.

    3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

      Standard resistance
      Tester Connection Tester Connection
      T31-2 - S22-22 (EXI2) Below 1 Ω
      T31-2 -Body ground 10 kΩ or higher
      T31-1 -Body ground Below 1 Ω

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

    OK

    REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
