REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Manual Seat) INSTALLATION

Note:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Place the rear No. 2 seat assembly LH in the cabin.

      Note:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

      Tip:

      If installing the seat on the RH side with the LH side installed, install it with the rear seat leg cover LH raised.

    2. Temporarily install the rear No. 2 seat assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

    3. Tighten the 4 bolts.

      Attach the 6 claws and 2 guides to close the 2 covers.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 DECK BOARD BRACKET LH

    1. Install the No. 1 deck board bracket LH with the 2 bolts.

  3. INSTALL DECK BOARD BRACKET REINFORCEMENT

    1. Attach the 2 hooks to install the deck board bracket reinforcement.

    2. Install the 2 bolts.

  4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE

    1. Attach the 5 clips to install the rear floor mat support plate.

    2. Attach the 2 guides and 4 claws.

    3. Install the 3 bolts.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD (w/o Rear Air Conditioning System)

    1. Attach the 2 guides to install the rear No. 3 floor board.

    2. Attach the 4 claws and clip.

  6. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System)

    1. Attach the 2 guides to install the rear No. 3 floor board.

    2. Attach the 4 claws and clip.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD

    1. Attach the 2 guides to install the rear No. 4 floor board.

    2. Attach the 4 claws and clip.

  8. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 4 clips to install the deck board assembly.

    2. Install the 2 bolts.

    3. Attach the 2 claws to close the cover.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure to close the cover on the other side.
