STARTER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a 6 mm hexagon wrench, install the starter assembly with the 3 bolts.

      20 N*m

      204 kgf*cm

      15 ft.*lbf

    2. Connect the starter assembly connector.

    3. Connect terminal 30 with the nut.

      8 N*m

      82 kgf*cm

      71 in.*lbf

  2. CONNECT FRONT FENDER LINER RH

    1. A324259C01
      V100135

      Bolt
      V100136

      Screw

      Connect the front fender liner RH with the 2 screws and 3 bolts.

    2. Install the 3 clips.

  3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
