DESCRIPTION
The slip indicator light blinks during VSC, TRC, crawl control or multi-terrain select control operation. When the system fails, the slip indicator light comes on to warn the driver.

CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION LINE
Turn the engine switch off.
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the engine switch on (IG).
Turn the intelligent tester on.
Select CAN Bus Check from the System Selection Menu screen and follow the prompts on the screen to inspect the CAN bus.

CAN Bus Check indicates no malfunctions in CAN communication.

READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (SLIP INDICATOR LIGHT)
Turn the engine switch off.
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the engine switch on (IG).
Turn the intelligent tester on.
Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRC / Data List.
