PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Screw <A> or <B>

      Remove the 3 screws <A> or <B> and No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 Screw <A> or <B>

      Remove the 3 screws <A> or <B> and No. 2 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01HEY8C01
      *1 Screw <A> or <B>

      Remove the 3 screws <A> or <B> and defroster nozzle assembly.

  4. REMOVE METER HOOD SET BRACKET


    1. A01HGQ9C01
      *1 Screw <A> or <B>

      Remove the 3 screws <A> or <B> and meter hood set bracket.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

      Detach the 6 claws and remove the No. 2 defroster nozzle garnish.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

      Detach the 6 claws and remove the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.

  7. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE LH

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the side defroster nozzle LH.

  8. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE RH

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the side defroster nozzle RH.

  9. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (w/o Headup Display)

      Remove the No. 3 instrument panel cushion.

  10. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 4 instrument panel cushion.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. Remove the No. 1 instrument panel cushion.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. Remove the No. 2 instrument panel cushion.

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

  16. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE


    1. for LHD:

      Detach the clamps and remove the instrument panel wire.

      Detach the clamps and remove the instrument panel wire.

  17. REMOVE COMBINATION METER MIRROR ECU (w/ Headup Display)

  18. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Headup Display)


    1. A01HFKP

      Detach the 10 clips and 3 guides and remove the instrument cluster finish panel assembly.

  19. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH


    1. A01HFSMC01
      *1 Screw <A> or <B>

      Remove the 3 screws <A> or <B>.

    2. Detach the 2 clips and remove the No. 2 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  20. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE


    1. A01HG2C

      Remove the 2 screws and instrument panel finish plate.

  21. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

      Remove the 4 screws and lower No. 2 instrument panel finish panel.
