    2. Light Emitting Diode (LED) Headlight System


      1. The LED headlight system uses LEDs as its light source. This system consists of LEDs and LED driver modules.

      2. The fail-safe function is provided in case that a problem occurs in the headlight system.

    3. Daytime Running Light System (Models with Daytime Running Light)


      1. The daytime running light system is designed to automatically illuminate the LED lights*1 or bulb*2 during the daytime to keep the vehicle highly visible to other vehicles.

    4. Light Auto Turn-off System with Follow Me Home Function (Models with Automatic Light Control System)


      1. The light auto turn-off system is used to prevent the driver from leaving the vehicle with the headlights, front fog lights, clearance lights, taillights, license plate lights or rear fog light on.

      2. The follow me home function turns on the headlights when the vehicle is parked in order to ensure visibility at night.

    5. Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System (Models with Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System)


      1. When the vehicle is stopped with the engine and headlights on, the automatic headlight beam level control system operates the headlight leveling motors in accordance with the movement of the vehicle.

    6. Manual Headlight Beam Level Control System (Models with Manual Headlight Beam Level Control System)


      1. The manual headlight beam level control system keeps the beam of the headlight adjusted to the appropriate level in accordance with the number (weight) of passengers and volume of luggage.

    7. Automatic Light Control System (Models with Automatic Light Control System)


      1. When the light control switch is in the AUTO position, the automatic light control sensor detects the ambient light level and automatically turns the headlights, taillights, clearance lights, license plate lights and front fog lights on or off accordingly.

    8. Emergency Brake Signal System (Models with VSC)


      1. The hazard warning signal lights flash automatically in the case of emergency braking to alert following drivers, helping to reduce rear-end accidents.
