АДСОРБЕР УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the charcoal canister assembly to the bracket.

    2. Connect the 2 purge line hoses, and slide the 2 clamps to secure the hoses.

  2. INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER


    1. Install the battery carrier with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp to the battery carrier.

    3. Connect the battery thermometer sensor connector.

  3. INSTALL BATTERY

  4. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily install the bolt and tighten the nut.

    2. Adjust the battery clamp sub-assembly position.

    3. Tighten the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


    1. Connect the positive (+) battery terminal to the battery and tighten the nut.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


    1. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal to the battery and tighten the nut.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

      When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
