REAR TRAILING ARM REMOVAL

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL

  2. DISCONNECT NO. 3 PARKING BRAKE CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the No. 3 parking brake cable from the rear trailing arm.

  3. REMOVE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY LH

  4. REMOVE REAR TRAILING ARM ASSEMBLY LH

      Loosen the nut of the rear trailing arm.

    2. C129658

      Remove the 2 bolts from the rear axle carrier.

    3. C129659

      Remove the 3 bolts and trailing arm from the vehicle.

    4. C129660

      Remove the bolt, nut and rear suspension arm bracket from the rear trailing arm.
