PROCEDURE


  1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING GTS


    1. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the GTS.

      Body Electrical > Main Body > Active Test

      Rear Side Buckle Light Rear seat buckle illumination light OFF or ON -

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR SEAT INNER BELT - MAIN BODY ECU [MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU])


    1. Disconnect the L91 rear seat inner belt assembly LH connector.

    2. Disconnect the L92 rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH connector.

    3. Disconnect the G12 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L92-1 (B) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
    5. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L92-2 (E) - G12-10 (BLIL) Always Below 1 Ω
      L92-2 (E) or G12-10 (BLIL) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
