BLOWER UNIT (for Manual Air Conditioning System) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

    1. Detach the claw and remove the air filter case.

    2. Remove the clean air filter.

  3. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

    A01E1R9

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

  4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01E13RE01

      w/o PTC Heater:

      Disconnect the 2 connectors and detach the 2 clamps and wire harness.

    2. w/ PTC Heater:

      Disconnect the 4 connectors and detach the 3 clamps and wire harness.

      Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.
