CONSTRUCTION
A rear upper control arm assembly and a toe control link sub-assembly which are forged from aluminum are used, achieving both weight reduction and structural rigidity.
High tensile strength steel pipes are used for the rear No. 1 upper control arm assembly and rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly and high tensile strength sheet steel is used for the rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly, achieving a reduction in weight.
The rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly has an integrated spring perch, which supports the bottom of the coil spring.
In addition, the toe control link sub-assembly is located rearward ensuring excellent traction and stability when turning.
Optimization of the characteristics of each bush ensures excellent ride comfort, controllability and vehicle stability.
