THROTTLE BODY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY GASKET

   1. Install a new throttle body gasket to the intake manifold.

2. INSTALL THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY

   1. Install the throttle with motor body assembly to the intake manifold with the 4 bolts.

      8.0 N*m

      82 kgf*cm

      71 in.*lbf

      Note:

      If the throttle with motor body assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   2. Connect the throttle with motor body assembly connector.

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   1. Connect the air cleaner case sub-assembly to the throttle with motor body assembly.

   2. Tighten the hose clamp.

      3.5 N*m

      36 kgf*cm

      31 in.*lbf

   3. Install the air cleaner case sub-assembly with the bolt.

      8.0 N*m

      82 kgf*cm

      71 in.*lbf

   4. Connect the oil vapor re-induction hose to the air cleaner case sub-assembly.
