DESCRIPTION
While depressing the clutch pedal, the clutch start switch assembly sends a signal to terminal 7 (D) of the ECM. The ECM cancels cruise control when terminal 7 (D) receives the signal.

INSPECT CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY
for LHD:
Remove the clutch start switch assembly (Click here).
Inspect the clutch start switch assembly (Click here).
for RHD:
Remove the clutch start switch assembly (Click here).
Inspect the clutch start switch assembly (Click here).

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY - ECM AND BATTERY)
Disconnect the A3 clutch start switch assembly connector.
Disconnect the A76 ECM connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
