CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER(for LHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the lower No. 1 instrument panel airbag assembly (Click here).

  2. REMOVE BRAKE BOOSTER ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    1. Remove the brake booster assembly (Click here).

  3. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

    1. Loosen the clip and disconnect the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder assembly.

      Tip:

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

  4. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

    1. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the clutch master cylinder to flexible hose tube.

      Tip:

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

    1. C363508E01

      Remove the clip and clutch master cylinder push rod clevis with hole pin.

      Remove the 2 nuts and clutch master cylinder assembly.

    3. Remove the clutch master cylinder bracket.
