REAR WIPER MOTOR REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
DISCONNECT REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the rear wiper arm head cap as shown in the illustration.

REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP
Tip:When replace the rear wiper arm head cap.

Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear wiper arm head cap.

REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY

Remove the nut and rear wiper arm and blade assembly.

REMOVE REAR WIPER LINK CAP
-
Remove the rear wiper link cap.
-
REMOVE NO. 1 REAR WIPER LINK PIVOT WASHER WITH REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET
-
Remove the nut and No. 1 rear wiper link pivot washer with rear wiper motor grommet.

REMOVE NO. 1 REAR WIPER LINK PIVOT WASHER

Disengage the guide to remove the No. 1 rear wiper link pivot washer from the rear wiper motor grommet.

REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR COVER
-
While holding the rear wiper motor cover, remove the 2 bolts.
Note:Be carefull not to drop the rear wiper motor cover.
w/o Entry and Start System:
Remove the back door outside handle assembly.

Using pliers, disengage the 3 claws.
Disengage the 3 guides to remove the rear wiper motor cover.

REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

Disconnect the connector.
Disengage the clamp.
Remove the bolt and rear wiper motor assembly.
Note:Be carefull not to drop the rear wiper motor cover.

REMOVE BACK WINDOW LOCK STRIKER ASSEMBLY (w/o Entry and Start System)
REMOVE BACK WINDOW LOCK STRIKER ASSEMBLY (w/ Entry and Start System)
REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR HOLDER WITH PACKING

Disengage the guide and remove the rear wiper motor holder with packing.
