AMPLIFIER ANTENNA REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:

    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

    Note:

    • After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Click here).

    • When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).

  2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the roof headlining assembly (Click here).

  3. REMOVE HOLDER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    2. Remove the bolt and holder antenna shown in the part of the illustration labeled A.

    3. Detach the clamp and remove the bolt and holder antenna shown in the part of the illustration labeled B.
