DRIVE BELT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  2. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT

      Release the V-ribbed belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise, and remove the V-ribbed belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.

    2. While turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise, align the holes, and then insert a 5 mm hexagon wrench into the holes to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.
