PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the No. 2 seat headrest assembly LH.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. B273978

      Remove the screw.

    3. Detach the 2 guides and remove the rear seat cushion hinge cover.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

    1. B273980

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 hooks and remove the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the hooks.

    2. B298173E01

      Detach the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH and No. 2 seatback pad LH from the seatback felt LH.

    3. Remove the 2 screws and detach the 3 claws.

    4. Detach the 2 hooks and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH with the seatback felt LH.

      Detach the 6 hooks and remove the rear seatback cloth LH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE SEATBACK FELT LH

      Remove the seatback felt LH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE SEATBACK FELT RH

    Tip:

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports assemblies.

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK HOOK LH

      Using 2 clip removers, remove the 2 rear seatback lock hooks as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      • Tape the clip remover tips before use.

      • If the rear seatback lock hook is damaged, replace it with a new one.

    2. Detach the hook and remove the rear seat side hinge male cover LH.

  26. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the E-ring.

    2. Remove the bolt and spacer.

      Remove the spacer and No. 2 seat No. 1 suspension link.

      Remove the E-ring.

    5. Remove the bolt and spacer.

      Remove the spacer and No. 2 seat No. 2 suspension link.

      Remove the nut and 2 bolts, and then remove the No. 2 seat cushion assembly LH together with the No. 2 seatback frame assembly LH.

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts together with the 2 spacers.

    9. Remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion assembly LH from the No. 2 seatback frame assembly LH.

  27. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  28. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOWER CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the rear seat lower cushion hinge cover LH.

      Remove the hog rings and open the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.

      Remove the hog rings and open the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.

      Remove the hog rings and open the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.

      Remove the hog rings and open the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.

      Detach the hooks.

      Pass the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH through the slits in the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH and remove the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH together with the rear seat cushion under cloth LH.
