PURGE VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL PURGE VSV

   
   

   1. Install the purge VSV with the screw.

   2. 

      *a	Top of Vehicle
      *b	Front Side of Vehicle
      *c	90°

      w/o Canister Pump Module:

      Connect the fuel vapor feed hose and No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge VSV, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure the clamp is oriented as shown in the illustration.

   3. 

      *a	Front Side of Vehicle
      *b	Top of Vehicle
      *c	120°

      w/ Canister Pump Module:

      Connect the fuel vapor feed hose and No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge VSV and slide the clamp to secure it.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure the clamp is oriented as shown in the illustration.

   4. Engage the clamp and connect the purge VSV connector.
