WINDSHIELD / WINDOW GLASS SYSTEM


  1. FUNCTION


    1. Models with Automatic Air Conditioning System


      1. When the ignition switch is ON and the defogger switch is pushed, this system is activated to keep the windshield deicer system on for approximately 15 minutes.

      2. Operation time of the windshield deicer system will be extended while the following condition is met (maximum time of approximately 45 minutes).


        • The ambient temperature is -3 °C (26.6°F) or less and the vehicle speed is 45 km/h (28 mph) or more.

    2. Models with Manual Cooler System, Manual Air Conditioning System and Manual Heater System


      1. When the ignition switch is ON and the defogger switch is pushed, this system is activated to keep the windshield deicer system on for approximately 15 minutes.
