DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT CUSHION REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL DYNAMIC DAMPER LH

    1. C127577

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear differential dynamic damper LH (front side) from the rear No. 1 differential support.

  2. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL DYNAMIC DAMPER RH

    1. C279604

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear differential dynamic damper RH (front side) from the rear No. 2 differential support.

  3. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT CUSHION

    1. Using SST, remove the rear No. 1 differential mount cushion.

      Note:

      • Do not bring SST into contact with the rear suspension member sub-assembly.

      • Before using SST, apply grease to SST bolt.

      • Set SST in the correct direction.

      • Do not tilt the bolt of SST.

      • Do not reuse the rear No. 1 differential mount cushion.
