HEATER ASSEMBLY(w/ Combustion Type Power Heater) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL HEATER WITH EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

    1. E143098

      Install the heater with exhaust pipe assembly with the 3 nuts.

      7.5 N*m

      77 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

    2. E178831

      Attach the clamp.

    3. Connect the 3 hoses.

    4. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips and slide the 3 clips.

    5. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. E143095E02

      Install the No. 1 exhaust pipe sub-assembly with the 2 nuts labeled <A>.

      7.5 N*m

      77 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

    2. Install the nut labeled <B>.

      7.5 N*m

      77 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

  3. INSTALL AIR DUCT

    1. E143096

      Install the air duct with the clip.

  4. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

  5. INSTALL DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for DPF)

  6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

  7. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH

  8. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH

  9. INSTALL HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL

    Click here

  10. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH

  12. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP
