PROCEDURE

  1. INSPECT WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

    1. E268321C01

      *A

      for LH Side

      *B

      for RH Side

      *1

      Louver Lip Edge

      *2

      Fender to cowl seal Lip Edge

      Operate the windshield wiper motor assembly.

    2. Stop the windshield wiper motor assembly operation.

    3. Check the automatic stop (park) position.

      OK

      The front wiper blade stops at the position shown in the illustration.

      28.4 mm (1.11 in.)

      b

      25 mm (0.98 in.)
      Tip:

      After the front wiper blade is stopped, check the automatic stop position after lifting the front wiper blade 2 times.

  2. INSPECT WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

      for RH Side

      *B

      for LH Side

      *1

      Louver Edge

      *2

      Fender to cowl seal Lip Edge

      Operate the windshield wiper motor assembly.

    2. Stop the windshield wiper motor assembly operation.

    3. Check the automatic stop (park) position.

      OK
