REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

    1. B223280

      Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body or rear center seat assembly.

    2. Operate the rear back lock control lever RH and raise the seatback.

    3. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 2 bolts.

    4. B220866

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts.

    5. B223283E01

      Tighten the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      377 kgf*cm

      27 ft.*lbf

    6. B223279

      Connect the connector.

    7. Attach the wire harness clamp by attaching the 2 claws.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

    1. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

      Attach the guide and 3 claws to install the cover.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

    1. B223277

      Attach the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the cover.

  4. INSTALL INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

    1. Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the foremost position.

      Attach the 3 guides and 2 claws to install the cover.

  5. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
