PROCEDURE

  1. INSPECT FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY

    Note:

    This inspection aims at checking the fuel injector assembly for an open or short. Because the fuel injector assembly of this vehicle are a high-pressure type, fuel injection volume cannot be checked.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      20°C (68°F)

      1.34 to 1.64 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel injector assembly.
