  1. INSTALL SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY RH

      Engage the 2 cable clamps to install the seat track control cable assembly RH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  2. INSTALL SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A005CGC

      Engage the 2 cable clamps to install the seat track control cable assembly LH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Engage the guide to install the rear No. 3 seat reclining cover RH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

    2. Install the screw.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH


    1. A005DID

      Engage the guide to install the rear No. 3 seat reclining cover LH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the screw.

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT STRAP RH

      Install the rear No. 2 seat strap RH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  6. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT STRAP LH

      Install the rear No. 2 seat strap LH to the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER

      Engage the claw to install the rear seatback hinge cover to the No. 2 seat leg.

    2. Engage the clamp to connect the seat belt wire harness.

    3. Install the screw.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A005CK9

      Install the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH to the No. 2 seat leg with the nut and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Nut
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A005C8W

      Install the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH to the No. 2 seat leg with the nut and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Nut
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  12. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH


    1. A005AXB

      Engage the guide to install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.

    2. Install the screw.

  13. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

      Engage the guide to install the rear No. 2 seat reclining cover RH.

    2. Install the screw.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

      Engage the 3 claws <A>.

    2. Engage the 2 claws <B> to install the rear seat cushion under cover.

  15. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Engage the 2 guides and claw to install the reclining adjuster cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  16. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Engage the 2 guides and claw to install the reclining adjuster cover RH as shown in the illustration.

  17. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH to the No. 2 seat cushion pad sub-assembly LH with 7 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

  18. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD LH

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING SPACER LH

      Install the 4 rear seat reclining spacers LH.

  20. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear No. 2 seat cushion assembly LH to the No. 2 seat leg with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  21. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH


    1. A005BSR

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover LH (inner).

    2. A005D0H

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover LH (outer).

  22. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A005BFI

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly RH to the No. 2 seat cushion pad sub-assembly RH with 7 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

  26. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover RH (inner).

      Engage the guide and 2 claws to install the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover RH (outer).

  27. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH to the No. 2 seatback pad sub-assembly LH with 9 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  28. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

      Engage the 11 hooks to install the No. 2 seatback cover with pad LH.

      Engage the 2 hooks.

  29. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION LOCK RELEASE LEVER ASSEMBLY LH

      Engage the 2 cable clamps.

    2. A005BLG

      Engage the 2 claws.

    3. Install the seat cushion lock release lever assembly LH with the screw.

  30. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear No. 3 seat headrest support assemblies LH.

  31. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Pass the rear No. 2 seat strap LH through the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

    2. Engage the 3 guides.

    3. Engage the 4 claws and 2 clips to install the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

    4. Engage the fastener.

  32. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH to the No. 2 seatback pad sub-assembly RH with 9 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

    3. Install the seat cushion lock release lever assembly RH with the screw.

  35. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear No. 3 seat headrest support assemblies RH.

  36. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
