PROCEDURE

  1. INSPECT TIRES

  2. MEASURE VEHICLE HEIGHT

  3. INSPECT TOE-IN

    1. C260042C02
      V100135

      Front of the Vehicle

Bounce the vehicle up and down at the corners to stabilize the suspension and inspect toe-in.

      Toe-in (Unloaded Vehicle)

      -

      Front A + B

      Rear C - D

      Toe-in

      (Total)

      A + B: 0°11' +/-10' (0.18° +/-0.17°)

      C - D: 2.3 +/-1 mm (0.09 +/-0.04 in.)

      Tip:

If the toe-in is not within the specified range, inspect the suspension parts and replace them if necessary.

  4. ADJUST TOE-IN

    C226958
    1. Loosen the toe adjust cam nut.

    2. C226959

Turn the adjust cams by an equal amount to adjust the toe-in.

      A + B: 0°11' +/-10' (0.18° +/-0.17°)

      C - D: 2.3 +/-1 mm (0.09 +/-0.04 in.)

      Tip:
      • Try to adjust the toe-in to the center value.

      • The toe-in will change by approximately 3.6 mm (0.142 in.) for each gradation of the cam.
