PROCEDURE

  1. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

    1. Perform initialization (initialize simple intelligent parking assist system).

  2. CHECK DTC OUTPUT

    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here

      Body Electrical > Clearance Sonar / Simple-IPA. > Clear DTCs

    2. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

      Body Electrical > Clearance Sonar / Simple-IPA. > Trouble Codes

      OK

      No DTCs are output.

      Tip:

      • If DTC C1694 is output, perform initialization (initialize simple intelligent parking assist system) again.

      • If DTC C1694 is still output after performing initialization (initialize simple intelligent parking assist system) 3 times, replace the clearance warning ECU assembly.
