PROCEDURE
INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER STAY
Tech Tips
Perform this procedure only when replacement of the transmission oil cooler stay is necessary.

Install the transmission oil cooler stay to the vehicle body with the bolt and nut.
Note
Tightening order: Temporarily tighten bolt → Fully tighten nut → Fully tighten bolt
INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
Install the oil cooler assembly to the transmission oil cooler stay with the 2 nuts.
CONNECT NO. 1 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE ASSEMBLY

Connect the No. 1 transmission oil cooler hose assembly to the oil cooler assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure it.
Note
Make sure to install each clip within the area shown in the illustration.
Make sure that each paint mark is within the location shown in the illustration.
INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT

Engage the guide to temporarily install the transmission oil cooler air duct to the oil cooler assembly.
Install the transmission oil cooler air duct to the oil cooler assembly with the 3 bolts.
ADJUST AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID
INSPECT FOR FLUID LEAK
INSTALL FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
INSTALL NO. 3 ENGINE UNDER COVER
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH
INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH
