AIR COOLED OIL COOLER REMOVAL

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

  8. REMOVE FRONT RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE LH

      Disengage the 2 clips to remove the front radiator side air guide plate LH.

  9. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER HOSE


    1. B0085JZ

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler assembly.

      Note

      Use a container to catch any fluid which flows out of the oil cooler hose and oil cooler assembly.

  10. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler assembly.

      Use a container to catch any fluid which flows out of the oil cooler assembly.
