LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. DISCONNECT FRONT SEATBACK PAD WITH COVER LH

  3. REMOVE INNER NO. 1 FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL CAP LH

  7. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK PAD WITH COVER LH


    1. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. B004EIW

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp.

    2. w/ Climate Control Seat System:


      1. B004G7Z

        Disengage the 2 claws to separate the seatback climate control blower from the front seatback pad with cover LH.

    3. B004E86C01
      *a Bracket

      Remove the 2 nuts and disengage the 2 brackets.

    4. Remove the front seatback pad with cover LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR

  11. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the clamp.

    2. B004FJM

      Disconnect the connector from the lumbar support adjuster assembly.

    3. Disengage the clamp.

    4. B004FBK

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    5. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the lumbar support adjuster assembly from the front seatback frame sub-assembly.
