PURGE VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV)

    1. Install the purge valve (purge VSV) to the air cleaner hose.

      1 to 5 mm

      RH Side

      Connect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hoses to the purge valve (purge VSV) and slide the clip to secure it.

      Tip:

      Engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

      Front Side

      Connect the fuel vapor feed hoses to the purge valve (purge VSV) and slide the clip to secure it.

      Tip:

      Engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

    4. Connect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.
