TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE WHEEL ASSEMBLY


    1. for 17 inch Steel Wheel:


      1. Remove the wheel cap.

    2. for 16 inch Aluminum Wheel:

        B008MCV Fastening Tape
        B008KV1 Place Hands Here
        B008LJK Remove in this Direction

        Disengage the claws, fastening tapes and pins to remove the wheel cap as shown in the illustration.

        CAUTION:


        • A001SM3C01
          *1 Wheel Cap

          Do not remove or carry the wheel assembly with the wheel cap still installed.

        • The wheel cap could detach and cause injury or damage.

        Note

        When removing the wheel cap, disengage each location where your hands are placed one by one, and do not attempt to disengage everything at once.

        Tech Tips

        When replacing the disc wheel, also replace the wheel cap with a new one.

    3. Loosen the axle hub nuts approximately 90°.

    4. Lift up the vehicle and remove the axle hub nuts and wheel assembly.
