  1. INSPECT MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    1. Check the resistance.

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection

        Switch Condition

        Specified Condition

        7 (+B1) - 2 (GND)

        Spot light switch off

        10 kΩ or higher

        Spot light switch on

        Below 1 Ω

        7 (+B1) - 6 (CTY)

        Not door position

        10 kΩ or higher

        Door position

        Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the map light assembly.
