DESCRIPTION

The power management control ECU and generator assembly detect reception errors respectively.

The generator assembly reception error detected by the generator assembly is sent to the power management control ECU via LIN communication. If an error occurs in the power management control ECU or generator assembly, the power management control ECU determines there is a LIN communication error and stores this DTC.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU - GENERATOR ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the H70 power management control ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the C101 generator assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      H70-1 (LIN1) - C101-1 (LIN)

      Below 1 Ω

      H70-1 (LIN1) or C101-1 (LIN) - Body ground and other terminals

    1. Disconnect the H73 power management control ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the C101 generator assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
