Air Conditioning Control Panel does not Operate

DESCRIPTION

When a switch of the heater control switch board* or No. 2 air conditioning control assembly is operated, the heater control switch board* or No. 2 air conditioning control assembly uses LIN communication to communicate with the air conditioning amplifier. If a switch of the heater control switch board* or No. 2 air conditioning control assembly does not operate properly, a problem with the LIN communication between the heater control switch board* or No. 2 air conditioning control assembly and air conditioning amplifier may be causing the malfunction.

  1. CHECK SWITCH OPERATION

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER - HEATER CONTROL SWITCH BOARD)

    1. Disconnect the G13 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the H32 heater control switch board connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER - NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL)

    1. Disconnect the G12 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the T2 No. 2 air conditioning control assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
