CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DISCONNECT CONNECTORS (for LHD)

    1. C303854

      w/ Clutch Pedal Switch Assembly:

      1. Disconnect the clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

    2. C303855

      w/o Clutch Pedal Switch Assembly:

      1. Disconnect the connector male housing connector.

  2. DISCONNECT CONNECTORS (for RHD)

      w/ Clutch Pedal Switch Assembly:

      1. Disconnect the clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

      w/o Clutch Pedal Switch Assembly:

      1. Disconnect the connector male housing connector.

      2. Disconnect the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly connector.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Clutch Pedal Switch Assembly)

    1. for LHD:

      1. C304745

        Remove the nut and clutch pedal switch assembly from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.

        Note:

        To prevent damage to the clutch pedal switch assembly, make sure not to rotate it during removal.

    2. for RHD:

      1. C304746

        Remove the nut and clutch pedal switch assembly from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

        Note:

        To prevent damage to the clutch pedal switch assembly, make sure not to rotate it during removal.

  4. REMOVE CONNECTOR MALE HOUSING (w/o Clutch Pedal Switch Assembly)

    1. C304747

      for LHD:

      1. Disconnect the clamp to remove the connector male housing from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.

    2. C304748

      for RHD:

      1. Disconnect the clamp to remove the connector male housing from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL (for LHD)

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL (for RHD)

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. C304749

      for LHD:

      1. Remove the nut and No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.

        Note:

        To prevent damage to the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly, make sure not to rotate it during removal.

    2. C304750

      for RHD:

      1. Remove the nut and No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

        Note:

        To prevent damage to the No. 2 clutch pedal switch assembly, make sure not to rotate it during removal.
