MANUAL TRANSAXLE OIL REPLACEMENT
PROCEDURE
DRAIN MANUAL TRANSAXLE OIL
Stop the vehicle in a level place.

Breather Protector
Disengage the 4 claws and remove the breather protector from the breather plug.

Drain (MTM) Plug Sub-assembly
Using a 7 mm square wrench, remove the drain (MTM) plug sub-assembly and drain plug (MTM) gasket to drain the manual transaxle oil.
Install a new drain plug (MTM) gasket and the drain (MTM) plug sub-assembly.

ADD MANUAL TRANSAXLE OIL

Breather Protector

Hose
Connect a hose to the breather plug.
Add manual transaxle oil.
Manual Transaxle Oil
"Exxon Mobil Transmission Oil FE 75W" or "SAE 75W"
Standard Capacity
1.9 liters (2.0 US qts, 1.7 Imp. qts)
Install the breather protector.
Note:When adding manual transaxle oil, make sure that the vehicle is level.
An excessively large or small amount of manual transaxle oil may cause problems.
After adding manual transaxle oil, drive the vehicle and recheck for oil leaks.
