  1. CHECK NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

    1. Use the GTS to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

  2. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

    1. Check if the air conditioning system is malfunctioning.

      Tip:

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the air conditioning system.

  3. CHECK CUSTOMIZE ITEMS

    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for the air conditioning system.

      Tip:

      These air conditioning system items shown as customizable via the navigation receiver assembly vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the GTS. In the following steps, the GTS will be used.

      1. To match-up the items in the navigation receiver assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the air conditioning system related items that can be customized via the navigation receiver assembly screen.

    3. Using the GTS, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the air conditioning system related customize parameters that are shown as customizable via the navigation receiver assembly screen.
